5-members teams need 3 players to pay to get validated, 6-members ones need 4, first paid, first validated (postmark as proof). Payments update will occur every Wednesday evening.

For more comfort, a shuttle service will be set up from Paris to Epinal, it will leave on Friday, October 31 at 7pm (allowing gamers to get on board after work hours) and return on Sunday at 10 pm. The charge is 50 €, you can now book your tickets by sending the payment with your registration.

Screens will surely be to rent  for 15 €, we are still looking for a way to store them pending LAN. We will give you more details very soon.

Restoration:

A snack bar will be present at the event and will provide catering for meals and between meals.

•       Cold sandwiches (ham or cheese)
•       Chocolate Bars (March, Twix, lion)

       Including breakfast, coffee slice of bread, jam and nutella will be offered.
       Expect therefore a little money.
